2011 Cell Phone Pictures

I thought it was a big hassle to get cell phone pictures onto the computer.
Turns out it is not so bad I can just email them.
Here are a few from 2011
The stories in some cases are better than the actual shot.
We went for a zoo visit and the grizzly bears were so close to the glass.
(and Mommy didn't bring the camera!)
They are HUGE!

I had just a brief Aunt Becky fear that the bears would break the glass and gobble up my child.

Daddy took us to the theater in June to see the Wizard of Oz on the big screen.
(Side note:  I know I am cheap, but they made us pay for Dash!)

Sadie absolutely LOVED the whole experience:
Dressing up
the city
the surprise
the theater
the show
the music
the audience
the clapping
Hint for grandmas:  We are currently overflowing with toys, but not theater tickets
(for someone's 4th birthday?)

Here (below) she is dancing to the live organ player thaey had at intermission.

We went to Uncle Brian's and Auntie Ann's house in Cincinnati in July.

During our visit, we went to the delicious frozen yogurt place.

Here is a picture of Sadie eating the yogurt - but really I took this picture to get the guy in the background.  Take a minute and look at him.  Ignore his clothing, piercings, and tattoos because, really, you see that kind of stuff pretty frequently.  Look at his shoulder.

Yep, your eyes aren't deceiving you, that is a raccoon on his shoulder.  And not a dead one!
A real, live, baby raccoon.  Seriously.

In July, Josh, a pitcher from the Columbus Clippers, came to our library storytime (I missed his last name).
Doesn't he look so nice and clean cut!  I thought how sweet it was for a good-looking 25-year-old baseball player to get up early in the morning and give up his time to come and spend time with kids.

After researching to find his last name, Mommy discovered that in June a 25-year-old pitcher for the Columbus Clippers (named Josh coincidentally) was arrested for getting in a bar fight in Akron.  Hmmm.....
