11-24-2011 Thanksgiving at the Cooper's

We were trying to clean up before the Turner five arrived.  Dash thought it would be best to put himself in a basket for storage on the shelf.

June and Sadie were very occupied with the mini princesses that Grandma has accumulated from years of McDonald's Happy meals.

Dash the daredevil (or just devil depending on the moment)

Dash and Georgie playing with discarded toys from the older siblings.

The kids' table.

If you want Dash to giggle, just step on his belly.

The Turners

EEEEAAATTT!

Our little comedian

There is a pretty smile
Dash loved the dress up earrings.  Everyone had to extra careful and watch were they were going or they might step on one of his earring booby traps scattered through out the house

The kids helped decorate Grandma's Christmas tree

We have decided that Georgie is a mini-Henry
Dash and Henry had a blast pushing Jojo around on the car.  I am not sure how she felt about it.

While Dash loves his big sister Sadie, this Thanksgiving he discovered how cool his cousin Henry is and wanted to constantly be around him.

Paw Paw is also really cool - who else has an awesome helicopter Santa Claus on their back porch.

Just loungin' eating a barbie. What?

Sadie and Henry opened presents for their birthdays.  Sadie got a really cool slap watch and alarm clock.  Henry received a ginormous train lego set.  Sadie also got Geography bingo which we all played after dessert and a kitty cat from Aunt Jill that she slept with.

Great Picture.

11-20-2011 Thanksgiving at the Duffy's

Ann and Dash put on a percussion show

Then he gave us a fashion show wearing Sadie's coat as headgear

Grandma had a very special birthday cake surrounded by cupcakes with princess rings on them.
We also celebrated Grandma's birthday - Happy Birthday!

WE love our Auntie Ann and Uncle Brian

gg-grandma came for dinner and cake

Hello Christmas card!

11-12-2011 Happy Birthday Sadie

Can you believe our little girl is four years old!

Happy Birthday - we love you very much!

Here she is holding a pixos micros that she received at her birthday party.  The craft set contains a zillion itsy bitsy beads that love to fall and bounce and roll all over the place - Mommy loves it!  You put the beads in a mold and then pour water on it and in the morning they are stuck together - this is her bird.

Sadie is all dressed up for a special girls' afternoon with Mommy and grandma.
The kids are so excited to see Grandma that they are waving at the window!

Sadie got a little over-excited.  Even four-year-olds on their birthday get time outs for craziness.

the girls went to Johnny Rockets for lunch where Sadie got a balloon, a hat AND a milkshake!

Grandma's present for Sadie was theater tickets. So Mommy, Grandma and Sadie went to the "city" to see the play Peter and the Wolf.

After the show, Sadie met the characters.  This is the bird.
She said her favorite character was the wolf, but she was too scared to meet that actor.

This is the duck and Peter.  Sadie is telling them that it is her birthday today!

11-9-2011 Visitors

We traded babysitting with our neighbors so we could attend Sadie's conference and they could attend Domenic's.  Having four kids in the house was kinda crazy for Mommy.  Everything seemed to calm down once Daddy got home, though.

Dash and Luca loved playing with the house.  For a couple of toddlers they got along really well.

11-5-2011 Sadie's 4th (or 3rd) Birthday Party

Before the big party, Team Turner traveled down the street for our neighbor Vivian's 3rd birthday party

Vivian had a magician at her party
All the kids got to touch the bunny.

Vivian's Mommy took some really great pictures of the Turner Crew - here they are

Dash was getting tired, so Mommy took him home for a nap.
Daddy and Sadie stayed for some more fun!

This is Sadie's Dance party with Miss Erin and Miss Lauren.

Here are some of the guest.  Lillie - our next door neighbor, Sadie, Jillian - our neighbor (Vivian's sister), and Presley from Sadie's class.

Domenic was a good sport - jumping through hoops and dancing along

Sadie's friend Grace came from school and her Daddy helped her dance with the other kids.

Hailey came all the way from Marion

Sadie had a circus theme, so her cake had a clown on it.
After blowing out the candles Daddy pointed out that our daughter was turning 4 not 3 as the candles indicated.  Numerous other people chimed in saying that they thought it was weird, but didn't want to say anything after the singing and blowing out.  Good job Mommy math teacher.

We also had a pinata

It was very strong - even with Milo's big swing

It did not succumb to this powerful swing.

Finally Mommy ripped it open and poured the candy out.

(By the way - do you notice that Mommy has finally caught up to November - and it is currently November!)
