2-26-11 Artsy Pictures of Sadie

When I was taking Pictures of Dash, Sadie wanted in.
I wanted to practice with the light, so I took some of her.

She was being a bit goofy - but the pictures are kinda cool after editing.

May 2008 Comparing Dash to Sadie at 6 months

Sadie had a few more arm and leg rolls than Dash.
In this picture you can see her arm folds.

.
Dash will go up on his hands and knees (like a push-up).
He is pretty mobile, not exactly crawling, more like lunging.

Look at those legs!
Sadie and Dash have similar mouths,
but Sadie's head is rounder and she has Duffy eyebrows.

2-26-10 Dash's 6 month photo shoot

Mommy looked into getting pictures taken of Dash, but apparently Columbus only has super-expensive photographers that would not give you a CD of their images.

Mommy decided to try her hand at taking some 6 month pics of Dasher.
We set up a sheet an let the light come in the window in the dining room.
After Mommy took LOTS of pictures, she edited them with online free editor.
Dash was in a great mood and looking super-cute.  Here are her favorites.

2-21-11 Cooing

This is our happy little guy who smiles, yells and coos (chewbacca-style).
Like his aunt Jill, he loves his people and laughs loudly for anything his sister does.  She is hilarious!.  BUT - like his Uncle Brian, he is very discerning and has to warm up to strangers.

He is really good at grabbing and putting in his mouth.
Dash is not sitting yet - but he spins on his tummy to reach toys around him.

Solid food has been much better for Dash and he does not spit-up nearly as often.  You could argue, however, that it is worse because he spits-up food in a rainbow of colors.

He is looking more and more like Sadie - with more hair and amping up the Adam factor.

2-10-11 Piano and Buckeyes

Sadie loved the macaroni princess

Mommy taught Sadie how to play piano.  We even painted her fingernails with marker so she knew what fingers to use.

Daddy surprised us (a Valentine's Day present) with tickets to the Ohio State Girls' basketball game at Nationwide arena.  Sadie got to meet Brutus (We know you are jealous Uncle Brian!)

Here is a video of Sadie's first song Hot Crossed Buns.
