5-15-2011 Cirque de Mini (what you have all been waiting for)

Let me tell you how wonderful our dance class is...
Remember sitting through hours of other people dancing when you (or your family member) only had a 2-minute performance?  Well, Sadie's dance studio has perfected the 20-minute, everyone gets a good seat, picture opportunities available, cutest show ever! (That's for you Aunt Jill!)

Sadie's class were the tightrope walkers in this darling "circus".

This is Sadie posing.

This is Miss Julia - she is awesome!

Sadie figured out the one girl in her class that didn't mind holding her hand.

Sadie was so serious for the performance.

She was so proud of her medal - she wore it to the grocery store the next day.

Presenting Sadie Turner...

A little note:  The girls took extra long to walk across the balance beam, so Miss Julia wasn't able to get to the front to start the dance with them.  I was so proud of Sadie because she remembered how the dance went all by herself.

5-14-2011 The Wedding

We only got a few pictures at the Brian and Ann's Wedding because I could barely contain the no-nap kids and all of the supplies that go along.  They had two very nice photographers who probably did a great job.  (I just wish we could have gotten one of Team Turner)
The reception was at Paul Brown Stadium - and we left the camera in the car when we were out on the field! Adam did get a few phone pics of Sadie running on the Bengal's field with a football.
At night you could see the whole city - it was breathtaking!

Here is gg Mommy and Dasher.  He did look dashing in his suit!

Dash got a little rough as the night went on.

Did you say there was an open bar?

You should go check out the awesome bar...

Mommy looked pretty good all done up.

Beautiful Ann throwing her bouquet.

Look at what a good crawler Dash has become - he loves to spin around.

May 5th - crawling up the stairs with encouragement from Sadie.

5-13-2011 Brian and Ann's Rehearsal Dinner

Disclaimer: I know that the title of the post is Brian and Ann's Rehearsal dinner, but this post is unfortunately lacking pictures of the happy couple. Due to the wrong camera setting, and trying to keep two children from destroying the restaurant, Mommy didn't get any good pictures of them. (I'm sure their photographer took some great ones.)

Also, Mommy just took pictures at the dinner, not in the church. We left the camera in the car and the kids were on the verge of breakdown, so it wasn't the ideal picture time. One thing that I wish we had video of: Sadie walking in the church, looking up in awe and saying loudly, "Wow, I've never been to a church before..." Fantastic in front of he incredibly Catholic party.

The dinner was at Montgomery Inn, where we all had a fantastic meal - thanks Grandma and Paw Paw
Dash had a difficult time keeping his hands to himself - notice the wide open space in front of him.

Grandma (Dora) ordered four cakes shaped like Lego's for the center of the tables.  This Yellow one is lemon with raspberry in the middle - yummy! There was also a red cake (strawberry with white chocolate filling), an orange cake (carrot with buttercream layer) and a brown cake (chocolate with fudge in the middle).

Each table also had a Lego puzzle that made a heart frame and cute confetti pictures of Ann and Brian together and as kids.

Dash was very quick to finish eating and wanted to crawl around on the floor with Paw Paw for a while.

GG Duffy had a great time too in her beautiful dress.

Sadie tried all of the cakes.  Look at this bite.

5-10-2011 Sadie's Dress Rehearsal

What a beautiful ballerina!

Thank you! Thank you!

Don't worry - we do have a video of the final show!

5-9-11 At the Park with June

Dash's first swing - he loved it and giggled the whole time.

Sadie took her usual walk around the perimeter, balancing on the wooden wall.

June climbed with grandma's help.

Grandma has her hands full here!

You should have heard the giggles here!

On top of the dam.
By the way Aunt Becky, you can see straight down through the cracks to the churning water below.

5-8-11 gg's Surprise Birthday Party

Because everyone was in town for Jill's graduation, we also planned a surprise party for gg!
This is when they walked in at Mike and Molly's house.  (Notice that June did not appreciate the yelling surprise)

 Dasher and his Aunt Jill.
Henry and Brandon played with the lawn darts.

Uncle Mike made some delicious hamburgers and hot dogs.

Along with Jill's and Mommy's graduations, Mother's Day, and gg's birthday -it was also Aunt Becky's 30th birthday - doesn't she look great.
Becky and I both got our own cakes for Aunt Molly - Yummy!

Jill was able to help Dash stand up and let go for a few seconds!
